Jobsworth

Returning to BHX on time on AF5140 and I'm in the queue for passports when the alarm goes. Clearly a test and treated as such by the three people on the desks, but the jobsworth who's task it is to point to each immigration official in turn declares that we must leave. We didn't. The alarm stopped. It was a test. Life returns to normal. Added value from Jobsworth - 0

Clueless

I can't work out what is funnier - hearing all the announcements about flight delays from Flybe who just bought BA's dreadful BA Connect business or watching the clueless waitress at the new Wetherspoon's pub as she desperately tried to get rid of a plate of "something and chips" without knowing to which table it should be delivered.
That's two sets of people out of their depths.
